Visit https://xprotocol.org/node-sales and connect your wallet to buy the license keys you need to run your node. Verify that you are making purchases exclusively through the aforementioned site.

What's the minimum balance required to run my node?
You'll need at least 0.005 Base ETH in your wallet to sign transactions and earn rewards.
Where can I get Base ETH?
You can buy Base ETH from reputable fiat-to-crypto providers such as Transak, MoonPay, Ramp Network. You can also bridge ETH from Ethereum to Base: https://bridge.base.org
I deposited funds to my Operator Wallet but can't see it
Hit the "Refresh" button beside the Wallet Balance. If you still don't see your balance, double check if you've transferred Base ETH.
How are xKICK rewards calculated?
xKICK rewards are calculated by dividing 12 xKICK per second by the number of active nodes.
How long before I start receiving my rewards?
xKICK rewards are distributed at varying times, typically within 8-15 hour intervals.
I submitted assertions successfully but did not get any rewards
No worries, you can always reclaim your missed rewards. Go to the Xardian Wallet tab and click "Reclaiming rewards". For CLI, simply use the reclaim command.
Where do I claim my free nodes?
Go to https://xprotocol.org/node-sales/whitelist/claim and connect your wallet that has free nodes
How do I convert my xKICK to $KICK?
This feature is still in development, as $KICK has not yet launched. Once available, you'll be able to convert xKICK directly within the app.
How do I delegate my keys to another user's operator wallet?
Go to

Connect your wallet with purchased keys
Click "Assign Wallet to Xardian"
Sign the transaction
Go back to the Xardian app and click Xardian Wallet
Click "Assign keys from new wallet"
Enter the public address and click "Add"
How can I earn rewards for new node key added to my wallet?
Go to the Xardian Wallet tab and click "Refresh" next to "Assigned Keys." This will update your keys, allowing you to start earning rewards for the additional key(s).
Will I get more rewards if I run the Xardian app with the same wallet in multiple PCs?
No. The rewards can only be claimed once per key.
Does the Xardian app need to stay open to earn rewards? What happens if I turn off my PC/device?
Yes, the Xardian app must remain online and actively running in order to accumulate xKICK rewards. If the app or your device is turned off, it will stop generating rewards until it is back online.
If I can't run the nodes on my own, what other options do I have?
You may choose any of our NaaS providers here and they'll manage running your node keys for you.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Copy the logs from the Dashboard, and send them as an attachment to [email protected] with the subject "Xardian Bug Report". If you're on Discord, open a ticket in our server: https://discord.gg/xprotocol Our support team will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
